Artist Bio

    Jeanne Marshall is a ceramic and multi-media sculptor as well as a printmaker. She specializes in ceramics during her undergraduate studies and is based in Cheney, Washington.
    Using inspiration from nature and folklore, Jeanne creates both functional and decorative art pieces. Her work explores themes such as predator-prey relationships, captivity/domestication, and the environmental impact of human and animal activity. The sculptures Jeanne creates aim to capture character and narrative through anthropomorphized animals.
